Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs
- Free Standard Delivery: free on every UK order.
- Express Delivery: £4.99.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 working days to prepare your order.
- Delivery: usually 6 to 10 working days after your order leaves us.
Your pillows are sent directly from our production partner, so they travel a little longer than goods from a UK shop. If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
When your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
Import fees
For UK orders up to £135, VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout. You won't pay anything extra at the door.
Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of being sent, email us at [CUSTOMER EMAIL] with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's lost, send a new one or refund you.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent, we can't change the address.
