Terms of service
About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from Kiparoo on this website, run by [COMPANY NAME], Langestraat 155, 8000 Brugge, Belgium ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
Our products
Kiparoo pillows are made for children aged 2 and up who sleep in a bed, not a cot. They are not for babies under 2. Please choose the size that matches your child's age now. Kiparoo is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are worried about your child's breathing or sleep, please see your GP.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Your order
After you order, we send you a confirmation email. The contract between us starts when we send it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns, trial and size swap
Our 90-night trial and size swap are explained in our Refund Policy. They are on top of your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and your rights if goods are faulty.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for faulty products.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you live in the UK or another country, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
